I had the pleasure of working with Marc Albert in 2007 to construct a Chiropractic Clinic in Leominster.
Over the years my practice had grown and I was forced to re-locate three other times and was well versed in office design and costs that were involved. When I approached my landlord to renegotiate my lease I was blown away with the proposed build out costs. Frustrated I contacted Marc and he went over my plans and gave me an estimate that was 80% less than what was proposed by my former landlord!
Marc took great care and displayed professionalism and dedication with the design of my office as if it were his own. My office is the talk of the town and truly makes a warm first impression to all of our new and established patients and is such a peaceful atmosphere to work.

One of the recent commercial projects includes the William Street Professional Office Building in Leominster that M.F. Albert Corporation designed, built, and completed in May of 2007. With creative solutions for six customized units for the diverse use of an engineering firm, hospice office, academic support center and a chiropractic clinic.
