My wife and I had Marc build our home in 2004. Since we were inexperienced and naďve about building a home, we were not sure we should take on such a large investment, but Marc was the consummate professional, and helped us throughout the process.
Marc was very patient and customer focused, and broke down the building process into consumable chunks that allowed us to prioritize on what we needed to do. This allowed us to make decisions when we needed to, and not be forced to try to figure everything out at once.
Marc not only expects a high standard for himself, but requires the same from any third party contractors that he uses, so much that we have called on them for modifications and additional work.
Everyone we know that has built a home has complained that it was their worst nightmare, but my wife and I look back fondly on those days and remember that it was fun the way it should be when you are building your dream home.
I always recommend Marc to anyone that wants to build a home, and if we ever decide to build again, we hope to have Marc build it.
