Established in 1979, M.F. Albert Corporation has participated in the design, development and construction of over 100 home projects in Central Massachusetts including the Kendal Estates area and West Side Estates subdivision in Leominster on Royal Oaks Way. Marc was also involved in two trips abroad to oversee the construction of a new hotel in Saudi Arabia and to Russia for the construction of new western style panelized homes.

M.F. Albert Corporation has also developed a portfolio of commercial projects - most recently William Street Professional Office Building in Leominster that was completed in May of 2007. This building has offered creative solutions for six customized units for the diverse use of an engineering firm, hospice office, academic support center and a chiropractic clinic.

In April of 2008, M.F. Albert Corporation purchased 114 Merriam Ave in Leominster and constructed the feature project - a new 10,000 sq. ft. office building that is now ready for occupancy.
